Stephanie Carter is the founder and publisher of Teleion Books, an independent book publishing company that celebrates the faith and culture of African-American and Africana Christian communities. Teleion’s mission is to produce fiction, non-fiction, and children’s books which edify, encourage, and entertain readers of all ages. The release of Teleion’s inaugural catalog is expected in Fall 2023.
Stephanie, a licensed minister, completed 19 years as a member of finance teams in Fortune 100 consumer packaged goods companies. During this time, she served several years as a Bible study leader in the workplace. Stephanie holds a Master of Divinity from The King’s University, a Master of Business Administration from UCLA, and a Master of Arts in Education Administration from UC Berkeley.
